Davison Fencing have been working closely with Wates Construction to provide temporary and permanent fencing solutions for the Amberton and Seacroft Housing Estate regeneration scheme in Leeds.
The Amberton & Seacroft Housing Estate forms part of Leeds City Council’s Housing Growth Programme, delivered in partnership with Wates Construction. The development includes the creation of 88 new energy-efficient council homes across the area – providing much-needed, high-quality housing for residents.
Davison Fencing began work on site in October 2023, supplying and installing temporary fencing and hoarding to secure the development during the early construction phase. As the build progressed, the team transitioned to providing permanent boundary and garden fencing, designed to offer durability, privacy, and visual appeal throughout the new neighbourhood.
- CLD FenceSafe on-ground fencing systems for site security and compound areas
- Steel access gates (single and double leaf) with PPC finishes in Wates’ corporate colours
- Timber close board and featheredge fencing systems with concrete posts and gravel boards
- Vertical bar railings, timber palisade, and knee rail fencing for public open spaces
- Timber gates and trellis-topped panels
- Wildlife features, such as hedgehog holes and signage in boundary fences
Davison Fencing supported Wates Construction from site setup through to completion, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality fencing installations throughout the development.
The completed works provide strong, durable, and attractive boundaries that enhance the overall appearance and security of the new homes, contributing to Leeds City Council’s vision for sustainable community regeneration.
