About the Project

Massey Fold is a £20 million investment delivered by development partners Jack Lunn, supported by Homes England. The development comprises 72 new homes, including shared ownership, affordable rent, and rent to buy options, with a variety of bedroom configurations to suit individuals and families.

Our fencing works were carried out over a 12-month period, covering all aspects from standard boundary fencing to bespoke features for public areas.

Our Work Included:

  • Timber feather-edge fencing
  • Timber Z-frame gates and 5-bar field gates
  • Timber knee rails, timber post & rail, and vertical bar railings
  • Galvanised handrails across multiple plots with bespoke lengths and landings
  • Pedestrian swing gates linking footpaths
  • EV charger protection posts
  • Special features including hedgehog holes
  • On-site variations including tree clearance, adjustments, and repairs to existing fencing
